Freediving, yoga, and breathwork are natural partners:

• Yoga cultivates body awareness, mobility, and energetic

balance—essential for smooth, relaxed movement in the

water.

• Breathwork trains the nervous system to stay calm under

pressure, expands lung capacity, and sharpens focus—

directly enhancing freediving performance.

 

• Freediving becomes a living meditation: the ocean

mirrors your inner state, teaching surrender, presence, and

trust.

Together, these disciplines create a powerful synergy where the

mind becomes still, the breath becomes your anchor, and the

ocean becomes a teacher.

About us

Lea & Nikki _ creators of Blue Mind Flow Retreats

Lea is a devoted yoga, meditation, and Pilates instructor who believes the practice doesn’t end on the mat—it’s a way of moving through daily life with presence, ease, and a regulated nervous system. Her gentle guidance helps students weave mindful movement and grounding rituals into everyday moments.

 

Nikki, a breath-work and reiki facilitator and former personal trainer, has discovered the perfect balance to high-energy physical training and overcome changes that come with life through the transformative power of conscious breath.

 

Together, they share practices that support overall health, inner calm, and meaningful, lasting wellbeing.

ABOUT FLUID FOCUS & THE FREEDIVING TRAINING

Fluid Focus former Blue Corner approaches Freediving as "underwater. meditation" __ a therapeutic way of connecting with the ocean while experiencing gentle, yet profound self-exploration. 

Freediving invites you to move inward with curiosity, observing the mind and body as you float in warm, tropical waters full of life. 

You'll have the option to complete Molchanovs Wave 1 and / or Wave 2 certifications, depending on your current level and personal capacity.

NOURISHMENTS 

Experience our serene accommodation at Puri Kirana Bungalows, a centrally located and welcoming spot on the beautiful island of Nusa Lembongan. You will be surrounded by nature, providing the perfect setting for your retreat. Our spacious studio connected to Bungalows offer a peaceful sanctuary for your practice. In between dives and practice indulge in nourishing and delicious food to fuel your body and soul, at the Ombak Cafe, with a relaxing view over the ocean.

Your practice

Our daily yoga home for the week is the serene and luminous island yoga studio, connected to your accommodation facilities.

All props and mats are available to use in the Studio.

Enjoy the delicious smoothy bowls, juices, and nourishing meals from the welcoming team at Ombak Cafe, located right on shore with a magical Seaview — perfect for refuelling between sessions.

• Daily morning + afternoon yoga and breathwork (all

levels welcome)

• Light lunches + dinner featuring authentic Balinese,

vegetarian options (please let us know of any special

nutritional requirements)

• 7 days / 6 nights accommodation at Puri Kirana
